    Most of our work is like this, just PVA it and 2 coats of multi works a treat. 8-)

    arch beading

    Yesterday I done a arch and forgot to get arch bead so I just got a skim bead and down the outside, I snipped it lots of times so it was able to fit the arch and it work out sound but i use the metal arch beads most of the time, just make sure there nice and tight to the arch.

    how i loved that stand

    It's a sad sad day :'( May that stand bring out of date plaster, chipped floats, broken vans, old people moaning, uneven boarding and cut hands and sore feet to the person/people that have stolen it! Amen :o

    first official plastering job monday

    one tip..........be clean! even if your plastering is not spot on then as long as your very very clean, I mean when you finish, no plaster on floors, windows and frames, skirting or anything, even if it takes another hour to get the places spotless, just make sure its clean and no plaster foot...

    Full room

    if its your own room then try and push yourself, you will only get better if you keep pushing yourself. do the 4 walls in one..... only messing! but do try and push yourself as its your own room!

    wickes bond it

    had this happen a few times on artex....with any PVA, I just let the first coat go off for a little while longer than normal and then 2nd coat is spot on...well most of the time but sometimes worth doing a tight 3rd coat
