Hi guys just after abit of advice i have a customer with a t&g ceiling they want it insulated and plasterboard. Im in between overboarding with insulated plasterboard or rip t&g ceiling and fit insulation between joists and plasterboard with 12.5 mm.

re skimmed a ceiling last week it was artex with silk paint on it. I used blue grit and skimmed away. The ceiling got painted today and look like this.
