Not that I have 30 years experience, but a bag at a time sounds ok to begin with, instead of doing a bag in the morning and a bag in the afternoon do two in the morning and two in the afternoon etc. get the first bag under control and mix another straight away, thats how i picked up my speed...

another plastererer has quoted £2000 inc material for 48 m2. newcastle area. sound about right to you lot? hacking off old render aswel. customer who's a friend of a friend wants me to give them a price. I have never used parex but the lad I work with occasionally has.

should of probably said i've been plastering for around 9 years, still alot to learn no doubt, im currently employed and self employed and no im not a ****** courser! got laid off over a year ago so work full time for regular money in a warehouse and work on private jobs on evenings and weekends...
