    Have got the same problem. Had an operation on bulging disc at L4/5 in the lower back 7 years ago. Since then have had a further 4 operations and 8 spinal injections on the same area. Now left with a **** load of scar tissue and 2 prolapsed discs at L4/5 and L5/6 that the medics can do nothing...

    Tell you what you guys make this look so easy. How the hell do you manage it? Practise ? College training ? Apprenticeship? Wish I could get mine to look as good. One question guys ? When you mix a bag of multi how long do you have to get it on the wall before it starts to go off?
