Well f**k me they sent me a invoice for the mixer , I rang them up and said I never ordered the crap thing apparently the rep must of got mixed up and he going to ring me on Tuesday about collecting it , f**k**g numptys no such thing as a free mixer I guess

Lol I use sand and cement all the time also use board finish and have even skimmed same day, you lot of board and skim guys have no clue

No definitely wasn’t stuck the same it was lifting not just on the edge

It use to be grey side plastering when I started years ago but that has changed, I had this problem a few years ago when a old timer did the boarding themselves I gave it a coat of Pva but what I found was the paper wasn’t stuck to the plasterboard very well in areas which lifted when skimmed

Very strange ,looks like mould but definitely isn’t as it wouldn’t grow that quick and it’s still drying so happening suddenly, never seen anything like it

This is what happens when you dig below the foundations when I do cellar tanking I wouldn’t even take the brick floor up , I let the client do it ,the way I see it is when you dig down it’s possible for soil to wash away from under
