    Yes there’s a few up here knocking that kind of money out , but I’m 50 now and been throwing s**t at wall since I was 15 , me or others will not work for £2.00 to £2.50 a metre so that makes work a touch harder to find

    well since i was born in yorkshire and lived in yorkshire all my life, i still cant see you and another mix three bags and pour it ,but you could be geoff capes who knows,i know none of my team can do it,you can do it with a 50 litre not a 75 litre bucket.

    It feels like a record, next room was very similar but on a smaller scale, I've used 5 boxes of beads and worked in three rooms, kitchen ceiling took 16 bags of finish, bits everywhere you look

    cut 3x2 wood really tight fit into face it leaves a bit of wood protruding pink grip roofers lathe(25mm) at the side on flat steel then screw front part into 3x2 double board then your 50mm gap is filled . make sure pink grip set before you double board it

    its a case of someone only knowing half of the job ! skimmings easy ,but insulated boards dabbed is a different kettle of fish , supposed to be drilled and mushroomed for fire regs and help stop them moving especially if its the cheap insulation ones ,and i'm betting on this without even seeing job
