Its about an hour to float that in sand and cement , you cant get much easier. unless your just a skimmer then you might have to dab it first and get a chippy in for a day to cover your f**k ups!!

Sand and cement be fine kill the suction/dust with sbr before you start and keep the muck spreadable rule it before it picks up to much.

It will be fine ,Hardwall cracks and crazies its another bg delight, you should have used their very good value for money primer. Finish will aso probably crack and craze too unless you control suction. I sure a bg rep will be in touch to sell a reasonably priced product to fix its shortcomings.

Its a bodge, the only way to do a proper job especially if your some c**t who gets lawyers involved is to start afresh, that means taking the walls down and renewing all blockwork or plasterboard to give a good background for new plaster.

Was the plaster smooth before painting. Did you water down the mist coat. You may be better off on the painters forum.

If the lintels were the same height The fault is in the drylining, theres only 2 to 3mm skim coat

The sight lines/ margins are all over the place. The margins on the left window looks totally wrong. were the lintels at the same level to start with. Was it dry lined or float and set.

if its dry you should be on the way home or putting more on!

Dont you charge the customer for fuel, maintenance, travelling time, lunch, hire of tools etc. probably +20% as well;)

Crap plastering by muppets.There should be no cracks whatever the age of the house, they obviously dont understand blue grit doesn't stop suction. Unfortunately another case of the gangs of Cowboys pretending to be plasterers and unfortunately the damage is done and your stuck with it!

I' ve never masked up painted woodwork in 40 years. A plasterer can get it on the wall without smothering everything and a few bits clean off easy while wet.

In freeD land theres a lot of 20%'s to add so that £10 bag of finish plus delivery plus ulez charge plus vat plus high rate tax charge plus subbie charge etc adds up to over £100 a bag ;)

So he knows nothing about the difficulties plastering around sockets. I doubt he even cut the power!
