Used plaster bags were far more preferable for that urgent evacuation, especially if it was lunchtime and you did it in a room where the plumbers or sparkies were working. Having ibs was a point scoring benefit :-)

Start off charging what your happy to work for , if you don't get any work put your rates down until you do. As your order book starts filling up start charging more until you start losing work. Then lower them again until ..... rinse and repeat. Its called capitalism and sadly not taught in...

If you don't use it as they recommend, if there's a problem your to blame. That said i love sbr and have never had any problems with it. Far more reliable than unibond on unusual surfaces too.

Thats a "small jobs cat s**t sifter", remember them from the old days doing all those small extensions out with sand /cement and siraphite :-)

Old school ... 1st coat 2nd coat 1st trowel up and down 2nd trowel left to right 3rd trowel up and down. Always trowel early (to stay ahead of the gear) and no water on p/b. Mind you i don't use stainless trowels and can happily shave with both my setting trowels (Marshaltown 13x5 & Marshaltown...

If you google "cbd and sciatic pain" there are some interesting articles, i use it along with magnesium oil , i find it better than all those pain killers from the quack. There's no thc in it so there's no high, just the healing side of the plant and there are cbd receptors all over the body.

I use Ancient Minerals spray on Magnesium Oil for my sciatic pain. You may well find it helps mate.
