If you went straight on with KREND top coat, you are asking for trouble.... A whole lot of trouble.
Not even worth a got take that advice from so one who knows....
HPX full Mesh 4-6mm then top Coat... Would ask KREND about Blue Clad as don't know if they still recommend this board has had lots...

Reading your post I assume that you are looking at a scratch finish render, if so they all come with problems cracking can be a issue sometimes caused by the substrate. Algae will grow on them all due to their high mineral content.

Probably something like the baumit SEP range of products can be purchased in various colours. The 2mm will do 10 sq/m per bag spray or hand apply.

Make sure base coat is flat and dry, apply primer if using it and let dry top coat apply with trowel and rub up straight away with plastic float to create even service then allow to dry can take Upto 24 hour to completely dry so protect surface if rain is forecast..... However why use Weber...
Can't compare Parex to KREND, When KRend is applied correctly it is probably the best looking scratch render on the market. If your pumping the Silicone will go through your machine great, I knw a guy that uses a ritmo and the results are great.
Put your base coat on first HP12 then then the dash receiver, let this go a bit tacky then mix up the rough cast and throw against the dash receiver from different angles.... SIMPLE....!!!!
Ok interesting reading. The reason that you need to full mesh is due to the shrinkage within the block work. If you only mesh stress points your asking for trouble. Give the KREND rep a call.
As long as the render has been applied correctly and the detailing on the building is good a scratch render will last years. Only needed light hose down from time to time. The K Rend product has an agaecide within it which will slow down algae growth. Also the Silicone in the product will keep...
