Hi mike been plastering over ten years damp proofing etc using lime and then when i went to college sort of learnt the basis s did skill build competitions and won which gave me some. Confidence still a lot to learn but all in all about 4 years congrats on baby I've got 5 and I'm 26 lol

Any really puddove as theyre trying to rebuild due to having all the moulds they had broken when eiling collapsed in workshop haha I know shouldn't really put runner up lol did win fmb apprentice of the year too so not too bad :)

That's the thing unfortunately there only a good investment if people are buying them often enough to try claw your money back for the cost of fibreglass them. Thanks Ryan hope all well with business etc

Have aloof on fibrehand plaster supplies or try travis Perkins (ccf)

just came across this post it is more than likely just a lime plaster mix the reason why you might be thinking that it has a cement background is the finish coat is white in colour as lime putty and fine sand will have been mixed probably 1:1 but obviously the background will be darker as it has...

the bonus thing is also i use wd40 as a release agent and then all you need is cornice latthes which are about 45.00 for a bundle of a 100 i have some left also so would throw them in and also some jute scrim which i have about just over half a roll left of the 2ft stuff aswell as a couple of...

i would say not really i am willing to offer advice its just getting your mixes right and preparing before you cast as you will be fighting with it i started off as a spread and through college got a taste of how to do it and went from there really the more you do it youll think this is so easy

ive done pretty well with it the only reason i am selling is due to being offered a job there is still a lot of call for it but i gues it depends on how you price and what sort of buildings are around the area the thing is with mouds is its time and money to make them bt f you hve them already...
