Have you asked the person that rendered it ? It's alright saying dry spell, it will need to be dry for a fair few consecutive days for it to dry back out, plus its not warm temps, if its does eventually dry out I'd seal it

I think it's the micro gobetis they used, they used it at the front of the house on the same paint, straight onto it no basecoat, been on 2 year almost and is sound

Apparently it can go straight onto Insulation boards, no base coat so can't see why it won't but I'll check with them just to be safe like you say.
