When you say expired you talking plasterers in there 60s. In all honesty you could train a labourer to rule well as a bad plasterer .. communication without making them look like a dickhead patients you can get them up to scratch

You cannot use sand and cement on a carrier board..nor ocr as they are designed for masonry only .. so you’d have to use an adhesive type render I.e hp12 or alike which could be manipulated to your desired texture

Spoke to a few company today about the machines finance options available with bank statements and accounts at the ready… roughly around the three hundred mark for 4 years .. certainly wish I bought this first instead of the daft expensive car I don’t drive..
