I think sit down with him and have a good talk about something to aim for weather it be with you keep his mind occupied .. he’ll realise soon enough there’s better things to life than telling himself he doesn’t want to be here… does he have a girlfriend?
Like mentioned above every time someone speaks of depression or anxiety it is a cry for help not being in a position they’d dreamed or achieving something by a certain point of there life.
You really need to take diet and excercise seriously .. set a goal to achieve something whether it be a...
I’ve had a few drinks this is all too much what’s going on really though 15mm beads you doing mono but changed your mind the difference between a plasterer and a briclayer they know how to rule and renderer sounds like a mess
You can’t argue with that.. I had a few issues with mine at the start overload came on but managed to get hold of pft Scotland who helped me out .. starting to through some good meters on now
When you say expired you talking plasterers in there 60s.
In all honesty you could train a labourer to rule well as a bad plasterer .. communication without making them look like a dickhead patients you can get them up to scratch
I’ve surely found out quickly it would definitely work better with another man ruling straight away once sprayed it’s how your going to make the money .. it’s ok on smaller sections but defo must on bigger areas especially mono work.
What did you recommend on that house the other day when they’d bridged the damp course I think someone ones telling porkies god help your customers .. not an ex council plasterer are you something they’d suggest to customers
Ok Karen got it thanks for the info..
I could show you at least four jobs from a least four years with not a crack in I’m fairly confident in my methods YouTube was used as a reference not were I take my advice from but thanks for your concern.
Just purchased.. I no Karen ill throw some serious meters on with that won’t I ,,, I don’t honestly now why you think it’s going to fail have you ever seen it fail.. if Krend are specifically showing them use it on a board on YouTube it’s good enough for me..
That’s got got crack central all over it I’d of at least used tape and joint first..good luck with that one mate hope the suction is controlled enough.. that slow set I feel messes with the finish too much not a fan but got to do what you’ve got to do
Best thing for you to do is ask to go to a house we’re they have done .. ask that customer about them if you’re happy then use them .. taking a big chance by not asking a render nowadays to see there work.. you can’t put a price on a man’s labour he knows what he’s worth most likely go the extra...
I’ve had
never had an issue with it .. no cracks or failures maybe you might have had bad luck put on the wrong side of the board .. I’ve asked a rep before who said to do it .. plenty of jobs still fine talks for itself … I don’t no we’re that massaging bit come in spell check
You cannot use sand and cement on a carrier board..nor ocr as they are designed for masonry only .. so you’d have to use an adhesive type render I.e hp12 or alike which could be manipulated to your desired texture
Spoke to a few company today about the machines finance options available with bank statements and accounts at the ready… roughly around the three hundred mark for 4 years .. certainly wish I bought this first instead of the daft expensive car I don’t drive..
I do with S&C
But I’m not going to lie with bagged renders I go left to right that s**t sticks like s**t … I really don’t see the benefit of the opposite ways all the same at the end tried both ways…
I no there will be many who disagree with me but I don’t care
