Is this acceptable?

K rend has recently finished, I was planning to paint wooden sections but needs a good clean first. The mess they have left is not acceptable in my eyes. Rendering was sub contracted out, any suggestions on the way forward?

Nit picking, should have painted beforehand in my opinion and touched up afterwards.
But you will live and learn.
