Damp course

My neighbour has a damp problem on our party wall. She is going to send me the party agreement
if she has the damp course will it effect me my side of wall.

I would find the cause of the damp problem....

most likely condensation....

Most likely @outside levels are high @
Party wall /@outside wall causing damp striking across /- ....
neighbour will shell out for a unicorn of advise /remedy ...and outside levels won’t be touched ....
