PRB Systems Ltd are proud to announce that monocouche renders OZÉ, Superbrut and ALG are now BBA Certified.

Offering a 30 year system under certificate number 22/6327, our systems are certified at a finished thickness of 12mm on masonry substrates such as lightweight block, brick and concrete block.

With industry standards at 15mm, this is a step in the right direction. Less material used results in cost savings plus less waste.

Less material being used will mean less bags are disposed of on site.
@tapit there is also more to add to this, once you calculate the savings made and the reduction of product used, based on an average 110m2 project, our system will save you approximately 29% on the amount of material used.

Therefore leading to less product used, less material wasted, less bags disposed of, less production required for individual projects or developments, which in turn, boosts and supports our ECO Statement and the reduction of the Carbon footprint. All of this will add up considerably over the Render season.

If you head over to our website, I’m sure you’ll find our new ECO Division quite interesting, we are the first manufacturer to produce a Monocouche which is cement free and offering a Carbon footprint reduction of 48%.

Load of bollox, if I take one sugar in my tea rather than the the usual two can I claim 100% reduction in waste? You business folks talk absolute s**t. (I am basing this on an average 4 cups of tea per day)

So, the Weber bags contain about 20% more material per bag, That kills the waste bag statement a tad.
@tapit, knowledge is key here. OZE is a 25kg bag and SUPERBRUT is a 20kg bag. OZE has a greater coverage and SUPERBRUT will match the coverage of other 25kg bags due to the the density and the fact it’s a semi-lightweight render.

Who’s claimed 100% waste reduction, we haven’t. But what we do claim is fact, please refer to our website and take time to digest your tea and biscuits whilst you read our statements.

Don’t worry about it Ryan, he’s just having a pint of bitter because you wouldn’t stock his tape.

That’s Ryan with his P1 hat on. Ryan with his PRB hat on also laughs at the idea…

His arguments certainly do resemble his tape…. Pointless and full of holes. Sorry, that was low of me!
Ahh, didn't realise PRB Ryan and PISS Ryan were one and the same.
