Waterproofing single skin blockwork garage

Hi all,

What's the best way to resolve water ingress on single sink blockwork (exterior painted)? I only see the water patches on one side and the back wall, both of which are more exposed and usually in heavy driving rain.

Looking for options that I could do myself and aren't to expensive. Have seen several solutions, but all require the surface to be bare. Any advice/help would be really appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Dean

I put 20 mm mono on mine which stopped it . Gonna put some insulation on and thin coat it once I get round to it

Can this be applied over paint?

It'll stick

No-one will guarantee much over paint as you're having to trust the adhesion of it to the substrate.

If the paint is well stuck and not flaking.........

If not, scrabble it, or grind away.
