Second gap while spraying

Inconsistent water pressure
I'm working off a barrel with a water pump the machine has around 4-5 bar of water pressure
The water on startup is just up to the little nobles on the inside legs of the mixing shift and I'm only putting enough powder in to fill the little mixing chamber then the rest of the bag when I start the machine
The machine is also brand new it hasn't done it with any of the base coates it's done it both times with top coat

I bet it’s your set up mate @theclemo can put you right on the turbo I’m not sure with them but do remember someone say only pour a bit of powder motor on then carry on pouring the powder in on the first bag
Saying that could be worn paddle maybe too

Thanks buddy that's exactly what I'm doing though maybe I just need to fine tune the setup a little less water maybe

Fuk Knows then, I’ve had it loads of times where you’re spraying and every other band there’s a second pause but it’s always been due to water pressure pump playing up or running off a tap,
I’ve always filled the chamber 3/4 thrown a bag in run the machine for 10 seconds and then filled it to the brim never had a problem.

I only get it when I’m spraying slow for thin coats but never had the problem spraying faster or thicker base coats so may be a mixing issue

Just cover the rotor head with water on initial start up, water inlet pipe on the top inlet. When you first put water to pump, open main outlet tap and and fill a bucket to bleed air out of line.

You won’t be, even if you do I’ll just come out a bit pissy on start up for a few seconds, it won’t continue causing you problems like your having.

Yeah maybe slightly too much powder then whatever it is it's putting the lad's off using it they'd rather drag the g4 around and that's really annoying cos I only bought it for it's ease of use for small job's I'll have to f**k around with it and suss it out cheers anyway

It will cause problems Tramp, the mixing process in the chamber is a delicate part of a mixerpumps operation, the powder introduction would be compromised creating issues. I have been using machines for a long time and have made every f**k up possible.

Oh I know it can cause a world of s**t, But how he’s Filling the chamber Wouldn’t cause a consistent Pause spraying throughout the spray
