Hi all, I just after some advice.
I have a an external brick wall now internal as part of an extension to plaster, the client doesn't what to baton and board or D+D so needs to be rendered. There's no damp but he suggested about a two foot high from the ground coat of blackjack with sand and then hardwall the rest - has anyone done something like this before or is it worth just S+C with waterproofer then skim? Client doesn't want to lose too much of the width of the room.
TIA
Cheers
