There are in excess of 25 Uk based render system suppliers - all supplying thin coat renders.... all very similar, but subtly different... all different specs and price ranges
Sooooo many variables - sub-straights and finishes and colours and locations and ...etc, etc.... and you want a price guide...!??
 
0.89p m2 plus vat..try go 0.96p plus vat and your printing money.hope this helps,make sure you state tho its measure through windows and doors

If your a renderer you know the system, you know the process.
So the fella is either filling out a tender and doesn't normally carry out the work or a private customer asking after receiving a price for it.
