I am new to this forum and would like to hear from older spreads.exspecialy how over the years how you’re job has affected your body.Because my body is shot.Knees, shoulders and hips.I have done 47 years in the game. And have never been a trapper.

47 years well done mate, I take ibrufen now quite regular I used to try and not take it but just thought I might as well instead of pain slowing me down , I’m younger than you though
Good days nothing, shitty days around 600 -1300 mg, bad days 3000 mg but those days are rare on the full 3000

That's not good vince .

i have been plastering for 57 years now. i have no problems or pains. what you need is a decent floor screed every week to clear the s**t out of your system. get the muscles moving.
i don't know what you lot have been doing to your bodies but it sounds like if a woman said she would double the money you have for a good rub out none of you could do it !

Weak genetics Malc.

Do some basic stretching everyday before work and after work, it really keeps the body flexible and strong...literally 5 mins is all you need, more is of course better.

Thanks for advice lads, just like to say to all the young ones to take advice on health and safety.l used to laugh at most of the advice I was given but I realise now l should have taken more notice.its alright taking risks but somethings a have fallen off just to reach that extra metre has not been worth it.i am paying now. All keep safe. And think what you do.
