First it was my lower back then my arms now left side of my left foot in agony, actually twisted it in April but it’s never recovered don’t think it will , you know when foot lands twisting to the outside edge on some wonky ground , someone said it could be fractured another said even arthritis
Am doomed , anyone else falling to bits

My right shoulder and arm have shooting pain everytime I raise it over shoulder height. Self diagnosed frozen shoulder. Looks like I'll. Just have to plaster bottoms from. Now on and leave tops to the you ger lads!!

Reactions: LPS
Tapit's right, has to be the Doc first but they're usually not much good on this sort of stuff. Decent Sports physio is the best option - backs and throwing injuries are their bread and butter. I don't like osteopaths, too much quackery, don't trust them although there must be some good ones somewhere.
@LPS - 2 sport physios I used to use and knew well, both claimed with pride they could cure frozen shoulder in 6 weeks whereas a lot of physio's take longer, but.. they both said the cure was tough and painful.

I went to see a chiropractor a few years back had lower back pain thought f**k it it's getting worse,it my back was fine he said my hips were rotated inwards so it was putting pressure on my lower back and all the nerve endings he tried some mobility test with my leg and the f**k*r was stuck stiff and then I felt the pain shoot in my back tbf I was lucky he was one of the good one's I needed 4 adjustments and was given a sheet of mobility exercises to do to loosen the muscles around the hips once a day to prevent it coming back

@John j if you think taking vitamin tablzts sorted your back yer dafter than yer look!
I've recommended taking glucosamine to dozens of people over the years, I often bumping into them at supermarket and they comment on how they are feeling the benefits...long story short...
