Just been sent some photos of a room where customer wants Estimate to skim the lot, straight forward but they want to supply the plaster.
This is a first for me and happy for them to do so but feel there should be a way of me stating politely 'that's fine with me as long as......?
Advice please,
Cheers

Don't bother , explain if the plaster is old stock or been poorly stored it may result in chewing gum , slow or rapid set , offer a day rate

Thanks for that advice I'll do just that,
much appreciated,
Got to be careful with customers like that , they might be fine but at least you cover yourself and giving the explanation may install more confidence in your professional attitude

I’m assuming average size room? It’s only 50 quids worth of multi

Got to stock up for the next job

That's fine with me but if you have not bought enough or it is old stock and not fit for purpose I will charge £30 per hour (or whatever you choose to charge} for wasted time if the materials supplied, impact on my time allocated to carry out the work.
