Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and new to plastering (DIY)
I have a baby on the way and need to get the house in shape. With the current climate I've got no money for a professional so looking to do it myself! :)

I just don't think that I could bring myself to help out an architect. 99% of them are a massive pain in the arse with their shite drawings, with no dimensions on and details that they haven't got a f**k**g clue how to, or even if, they're achievable.
I'm oot.

seems like a catch, im here to learn about plastering and obviously people with lots of experience not willing to advise. No wonder architects dont know what theyre detailing! :LOL:

gimme a break! Im in the 1% of your 99% trying here :birra:

just increase your mortgage, have all the work done that you need , in a few years time you will be laughing at the cost.
it takes 3 years to learn to plaster to a basic standard.
when architects buck their ideas up and start to use methods of construction that are common place in the Netherlands the labour methods will cost less and be a lot simpler to learn.
