Talking to a few trades last week or so and all have said work seems to have slowed down a little .
Maybe down to christmas . One builder says they have built a load of house in ponte and there sat empty. Few in our village been built and not one sold yet.
May just be me stressing over xmas coming up but got a gut feeling things are gonna slow down . Everyone else still stacked out

3000 new builds just on one local site over next few years , you'll have to emigrate south john

yes i am stacked out, just had 2 bathroom ceilings in.

2 reasons .
1 the skirting is concrete which customer is taking of so the arc.s must old as dinasuars so cannot see em coming of in 1 piece.
2 I.m not a joiner

Tell you what though. When the biggest bubble does blow there’ll be so many found out for living beyond their means. One hiccup and it’ll all come crashing down.
Get those debts paid off!

We are busier than ever
However speak to merchants up & down , not overly busy certain lads I know have little booked in front so there is a shift in people spending ..

Think I got 10 flats beginning of next year and a bungalow i can walk to in 30 seconds fingers crossed
