Uni finish

Ive got a bathroom too re skim tommorow i was thinking of using uni finish is it any good .
I skimmed an artex ceiling in my house with it as part of BG trial, and it went on and troweled up fine. I'm not convinced it bonds as well as multi and PVA though as I took the ceiling down a year later as part of an extension and the plaster fell off in sheets as I ripped it down

Artex ceiling and just painted walls bit of bonding were tiles have been
If you need to patch up with bonding first I can't see the point in spending more for unifinish that you've never tried when it'll take you 10mins to PVA it all?

Only time I'd be tempted to use it is for 1 small set if you wanted to save 30mins-hour

Get your arm ready, it had mine dropping off. And the finish I got wasn’t satisfactory. My customer couldn’t tell but i wasn’t happy
