hope it clears up @Lodan back ache is savage :-(

I pull my back once a year and every time I do it it is normally helping someone else out...

All the best @Lodan. Get in the gym. Eat big and lift heavy, build the strength up. I was in the hospital just the other day for a painful hand and saw a bloody big notice about back pain.....the cure was strength excersise.

Should of got a labour to carry ye boards ye tight git. Joking apart my back went in to spasm 20 years back never know pain like it could hardly walk for first week . Had to crawl to bog . Hot and cold treatment helps abit. These days I just munch ibroprophene or how ever it’s spelt on way to job if backs stiff

When I had issues with my knees it was pretty much the same advice...

Was out at 6 morning loading boards into the van , bent down to get two and something popped in my back . Never felt pain like it couldn't move, managed to get inside but every time I managed ton stand up vision started closing in like I was going to faint and felt sick as a dog. Been to the hospital and told no work until the pain is gone. Took a nice cocktail of codeine and diapazam off the docs about an hour ago so it's finally taking the edge off which is a blessing. Just goes to show how easily you can f**k yourself up in this game. Seems I'll have to wait a bit to try out my new tools Hope youre on the mend mate its all self employeds nightmae

Had two sessions with the chiropractor now, got to say the difference is amazing. Between that and the drugs can almost walk normal. The noises your back makes are horrific though. Apparently he'll be doing accupuncture on me on Friday. On the mend which is making me feel a bit more optimistic.

Backs don't make any noise, it's bollox, they're trained to click their fingers as they massage and make people think its their back clicking back into shape - caught one out doing it to me once, did n't have an answer and had to admit she was clicking her fingers "that's how we were trained".
That's not to say that Chiropractors are no good, they are, even the one I used helped.

Went physio yesterday as back and neck were really stiff. I said is it because i.ve been of to weeks . He said its more to do with different bed and sitting on plane
