Only happens when I go back to rendering ???

Hi guys , iv been rendering for over 2 yrs with quikwall with no problem apart from bird eyes in my finger but no all of a sudden I’m getting these weird red lumps on my palms and up my for arm , can anyone tell me wtf it is and why lol , I don’t wear gloves but now I’m thinking about it
