Does my ceiling need plastering again?
Hi guys, I had my ceiling plastered and then I painted myself using dulux brilliant white MATT paint (2 coats) as you can see I’m not happy with the result. Unsure if it’s due to the plasterer or my poor painting skills. As you can see the ceiling looks horrendous. Bumps and lumps everywhere...- Waynewilson82
