Try ruling off your krend then rub it up like you would normal render with a float. This makes the krend really flat and so much easier to texture rub next day and you get less misses. Also it looks much better when the sun hits it at an angle and you don't get rub lines in it from high/ low spots
Use waterproofer in scratch coat and only use plastering sand. Top coat, put 1 shovelfull of building sand in mixer load, anymore and mix integrity will be compromised. Damped stones and definitely get a dashing paddle. Lay on about 15mm depth and Don't throw stones to hard in as this will...

Not computer literate, but if you give me a specific problem you encounter I can work you through it, either on here or through email or even by mobile, per request.
Having done K-rend and Jub we found both very easy to deal with even on the first time of using. If you have a good knowledge and are a confident trade plasterer you should have no problem transfering from traditional render to the new coloured renders.
Good traditional render is actually quite...

For this: Completely soak substrate floor then apply water and SBR...
dubbing out over artex: either put a tight coat of bonding over your artex ceiling first as this will pick up and go off fairly quickly OR place some bonding in your multi-finish on the first coat then lay down the ceiling with neat multi then a third application of multi overlaid and the...
