    Plastering temperature

Hi guys , just wondering if every one else is still laying on when it's 2-4 degrees outside ?? Got some sand and cement site work ready for finish coat. Temperature is low for the remainder of dry days before it turns piss poor again ? Just wanted to know what's safe to work to ? Thanks

    Very basics. Apologies

Yeah if your going over s+c it usually goes purple straight away so if you can bang the skim on then you'll get a really good chemical bond too

    Dry dash

Get down to your local dominos pizza place . The trays they carry the Dow in on are perfect in height and length for dashing . Been using them for years and their usually only too happy to give them away because after they use them once they go to get recycled apparently

    Rend aid

Yeah that sounds easier thanks ! If all else fails would it be ok to paint the rend aid on with a brush ? And il leave it set for a day or 2 before applying the s+c . Can I just go over the rend aid without dampening down yeah ?

    Very basics. Apologies

I have always sbr'd them , then it's all sealed nice ready to skim , or use the blue grit product . I'm sure some one will have a load of different ways but that's always worked well for me
