There are 3 types of sealer matt, lustre and gloss, it's the customers choice. All the pictures are of lustre seal but it has not dried. When matt is applied you wouldn't think that there was sealer on it.

Try our P100 we always use it on smooth surfaces it sticks to any surface, has a bonding ability of 1.2n per mm2 which is massive. From what I have heard rendaid shouldn't be used on a painted surface.
When we concrete driveways we always coat the surrounding area walls etc with with wallpaper paste, end of the job wash off with the jet washer, unlike grease or oil it does not leave a residue
There are many ways to stitch cracks depending on the substrate and the type of cracks (active or inactive) if they are a structural problem then heli-bars or similar are good, if they are fine and non structural then a two part epoxy can be injected with a syringe type tool very fast setting...

I was using the epoxy based moulding mortars years ago, good quality material but found it more difficult to colour match and fewer options for it's use.
