I have just given our plasterboarded kitchen two skim coats of plaster and it appears to be dry, it was finished a week ago. Will it be ready to prime yet or does it need longer to fully dry? Many thanks.........Martin
Done several other rooms in the house the same way, then used the tape, easi filled then painted, has been fine for the last 18 months ;D
Only difference is this time i skimmed it..................Martin
Taper edged Plasterboard was dot and dabbed on to wall, used fibreglass scrim tape which was probably 6 month old but had been kept in it`s box........Martin

Hi, i am going to be skimming over my plasterboarded kitchen walls which have been taped and the joints covered with Gyproc Easi-fill (was going to finish like this but have now decided to skim the lot). Can i skim straight over or do i need to pve it first? Thanks in advance........Martin
