I got stuck workin for a firm on a visa .... They take the mick for the first year coz they know your tied to them .
once I got it all sorted the money got better but still not great .
I ended up workin with a Scotsman ... We imported multi finish and was going well until nz gypsum got the hump...

I was what they call a solid plasterer ... Ie rendering ..
We just worked in front of the sun .. The shaded walls .
Hosed everything down ,,
pools we started at 5 in the morning and used shade cloths .
And they use lots of modified plasters ... Sto and such ...

Ah ... I've used sto , rockcote from oz ,, insuclad . And a nz produced product .
seems like all the same systems in a roundabout sort of way .

If it looks really yellow try adding some yellow oxide to you gauge .... Try a few gauges till you get the right colour ...
It might take a few attempts to get it right . But it works .

i had a go with American clay plaster in New Zealand .
we were getting geared up to do an earth clay brick house with it as well but it didn't happen in the end .
