haha yeah.. what gave it away mainly lol. Also sadly nobody else would do anything but patch repair which would have been an even bigger mistake with the state of the place. waited almost 2 years to find someone whod redo the mess place in full.

yeah exactly this is why Im worried. Though the gutter was misaligned so maybe continued water prevented the self healing. Is fixed now, canopy also fixed, windows and sills also sorted.

I mean where your newly fully redone render will be taken up to the neighbouring property's. If the renders are vastly different, ie. lime and concrete would this become more important, cheers.
