a lump of solid compo does the trick as well just dip the trowel in water and rub the compo over it , gets it sparkling and also gets the any nicks of the edges :RpS_thumbsup:

clearly you never did metal work at school :-0 how do you get nicks out of your trowel ? your only rubbing the **** off its not going to ruin it,

it is a **** rate , i got summat similar working in bermuda over a yr and half ago but that was a lot longer and a lot nicer conditions than this

dry wall hand sander, and just rub it off , its not rocket science pal

how can i argue with a bloke what can only do 50 sq in a day but knows he can do more cos he knows where he is slow at, your obviously not a price work lad and thats fine , but just because you havant or cant do more dont think there isnt lads what cant, the right job depending, summat you...

, thats what ive been trying to get through if the job is straight forward no bad heights no windows hardly , anything is possible on a long day if you want it badly enough

its true any armstrongs jobs are poor rates compared the story homes ones, i last worked at xmas for him knocking 2 houses aweek for him , me and my mate, then says il never work again for him cos i left for 2 days to try a job out in liverpool haa like im bothered

its having custody of three kids s and paying child support for another one ,and a grandkid what still drives me pal haa , otherwise id gladly slow down :RpS_wink:
