I got up one Monday few months back and scumbags had robbed all my power tools screwboxes level sets I know how it feels you had it worse than me I was lucky all trowels still there which was big relief but still gutted thieving b*****d's hope you get lucky and get some back

why not screw and plug 2x1 batten to concrete ceilin and board it that puts an end to all your worries

we always cut reveals same width from frame if the window is not plumb then ye the wall wont be plumb but nothin worse than tapering reveals

youve made a top job of that beam mate ive been in the job a good while and i take my hat off to work like that i will be tryin one of them myself in near future any advice would help
