Just emailed tp to look at my price terms dont think they will change them much Ive been haggleing with em for years till they set me up some proper terms but they just cant compete with b n q trade point at the moment tp want 4.85 plus vat for multi b nq £4.33 inc vat thats £1.49 per bag...

16 meters is too much if u dont know what your doing unless your going back a week later with easy fill and a pole sander to finish it properly

Watering down a waterbased product be it paint or bonding agent is fine but it will not be put on the instructions as they want you to buy more in my opinion

Used this site a few times for estimating sand for render and floor screed seems to work.

Is water enough before rendering on internal walls, that have had old plaster hacked off Be it red brick or blocks etc or should you definatly use SBR or PVA everytime

I did an insurance job once and i found someone had skimmed over wallpaper they had a leak from the ceiling which ran down the wall and blew the plaster off in places

put more walls on

it is sometimes best to flatten first coat then apply 2nd sounds like dodgy bags to me ive had this b4 skim stays wet then just rockets dry you have to give it plenty of water and troweling almost like when your putting it on

you said it was mega wet how much fat did u take off
