i bought new baldes today so just stuck to scrapping it all off dam hard work :) found that scraping the 1st layer off then steam the what looks like chalk and scrap off works well but alot of time..
i havent used a tool yet i left a steamer on it enough to soak it but no joy i can get under it but dosent take all off if i scrap off the dry stuff i get dust every were. im useing a heavy duty paint scaper
