Is bostik good for high suction? I’m looking for something I can get the labourer to wollop on in one coat. A lot of the pva seems to be watered down from the tub and the price of it has gone up.

Any one used this on re skims for dry old walls? Or recommend anything similar? Most pva seems to be dog s**t lately

Worth it mate, I tried a refina s*p*r*lex before that couldn’t get used to if far to flexy

There’s levels to plastering mate “happy with” and a perfect job are 2 different things, you can always fill and sand it.

I’ve always stuck to a Marshalltown from start to finish till my mate showed me the Marshalltown xtralite which I use for last 2 trowels slight flex but not to flexible lovely trowel.

Nice one, na I wouldn’t do that, I’ve recently turned down 2 decent jobs because they wanted mono. Anyone on here from the midlands need a labourer or run a gang so I can jump on and learn to the ropes?
