Not painted it before but heard you lose the glitter/speckle effect once painted.

Can you still use ibar or would it be too soft for that? And you lads use normal sponges or the retina power ones?

Done plenty of scraped but customer adamant they want sponge finish... Big areas so is colour ok or patchy? And any tips as considering not doing job if it's not nice to sponge up. I personally cannot see it being nice sponged. One lad saying he used a power float and sponge and looked ok but...
