Basically he got quote to remove blown render where necessary then use a rough finish texture all over. basically he is finished bar a little bit round porch apparently. So to me this is not finished anything from pics you could advise. Thanks again

not sure what it is but yes finished can see scratch coat under the rough finish top coat. some more pics. Thanks for the reply
