Will they likely be one offs so prob patch them and then repaint it all? Ta

Hi all, Has anyone come across the attached before? There are a few spots where circular patches have dropped out. They look like large bullet holes. One has dropped and we look to have another couple forming along with some smaller ones. Render is FASSA and only 3/4 years old. Any help...
