thanks guy ive went for a product called zinsser perma white which has some additives to stop the mould coming back through,saves me from boarding,and skimming it,lol thanks guys for your advice

i arent an expert no,thats why i posted on here asking for sensible peoples opinions.however the 5 people she originally had out for a quote all told her the same thing,that it was rising damp.maybe they were all wrong?:loco:

also as a double measure im going to tank it after using dryzone creme,how far does a 25kg of ka tanking slurry cover in metres,thanks guys
