Hi Folks, Just built a basement flat.Plasterer used thistlebond on the lightwell walls which were smooth concrete.It rained and some areas got wet once thistlebond cured pre plastering.He's gone wont answer his phone and areas are blown already-presume where it rained-lots of hairline cracks...
