I would ask manufacturer of mono mate and some will do a site visit but also I personally don't use sand/cement on buildings with no cavity because you are then stopping them breathing. I'm sure people on here will disagree but just my own experience

As said, get a spec from Krend mate. Never had any problems with Krend when the correct method and materials have been used
