I wonder if it was an exaggeration . Do you know much about k rendering ? Is it supposed to be this bad...

can someone please kindly view the image and tell me if the rendering job looks ok ? I hired a company to do this job and they had a very high rating (10/10) on check atrade, and I am not happy with the rendered wall because it looks full of lump and not smooth . I’m not expecting plastering...
