Putting my Machine + Gene up for sale, I bought it used from PFT Central around 5 years ago & the gene I bought from them new. The gene & machine has been used 48.3 hrs since I got them, it was last used in January this year. Im just not getting use from it to warrant the space its taking...

£20 might cover the fuel left in the gene :) Ill try PFT first then maybe ebay and see what happens.

Anyone got a rough idea what a used G5 with gene is worth ? Bought one from pft a few years ago with a new gene and tbh only doing a couple of mono jobs a year with it. so not worth the space in the lockup. If they are not worth much anymore it may be worth me keeping hold of.

In general house bashing tends to be lower (£3 m2 here too)  whereas commercial offices, airport etc..  will be higher rates because of working heights, material's to 7th floor and generaly higher spec. I remember a contractor paying £4.50 m2 at Gatwick airpot for 3.5m high walls a few years...
