Five bedrooms of mixed size. Is there a difficulty using hardwall on old red bricks (internally walls only, we're using lime for internal?

No I'm very happy to pay for the skill. I'm just trying to sense check the difference in cost (£8k dot dab & skim vs £14k hardwall).

Hi all Can anyone share any insight on the relative cost difference between getting a room hardwalled Vs boarded and skimmed? Should the end cost to the customer be much of a muchness, or does one take more skill / material, and would therefore tend to be more expensive? Thanks
