    Couple more pictures attached. The red circle is the corner - behind the boiler shed. Also think there is an damp issue under the flat roof going around window? The ground is concrete up to the base of the house. Floors are suspended.

    Hi, could you take a look at the picture and tell me what’s going on with the render in this corner? Has the DPC failed? No sign of damp on the internal walls (yet..)
