Pares have a tested adhesive only system with no fixings, depending on what your sticking it too and the project location / height. The Parex rep should be able to clarify this for you if no specification is available on site.

I would check with your Parex rep but I'm guessing they will say micro gobetis the whole wall first to give a good key and even suction. Then they might ask you to put TV10 mesh over the random block areas to avoid cracking if there is any differential movement.
BT have a legal ownership of the cables and connection, they will take you to court if you touch them yourselves! Heard that a large company got taken to court recently over 1000 properties that they had done without informing BT... Big money at stake!!!!
Things are definitely starting to happen on the funded work, I reckon it will kick off shortly and probably go mental again for a year or so.

Many of the render system manufacturers give you a number of possible options at window and door junctions. Commonly it might say you can use an apu bead or render up to the window and mastic seal. On funded work I guess people go for the cheapest option most of the time and just mastic seal...
